When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, order history and loyalty points balance. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal — we never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, run your account and loyalty points, accept gift cards, provide customer service and meet our legal obligations. With your consent we may send you marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time.
Lawful basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (such as tax records), for our legitimate interests in running the shop, and with your consent for marketing.
Who we share it with
Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), delivery partners (such as Royal Mail), our in-store systems for shared gift cards and order fulfilment, and our hosting providers. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember your basket. We don't use advertising cookies.
